An accomplished, gifted and experienced spiritual teacher, author and highly respected channel for many years, Lita has been blessed with developing contact with the Higher Realms since she was a child. Lita's unique approach to energy work is the result of more than 30 years of study across Psychology and Sociology (in which she has a first class honours degree), Yoga, Meditation, Healing and Western Esoteric Mystical Traditions.

Lita is the UK's foremost Light Body and Channelling teacher, her loving open and joyous approach has helped hundreds of students to connect with their souls and their own higher purpose. Her aim is to hold a safe, steady, loving space for those who are presently awakening and evolving.

Lita channels two guides, Ortan and Shalaya, who work with her for all her classes, individual readings and healing.

Many of her students have been inspired by her to go to become teachers themselves, which has led to Lita becoming known as the 'Teachers teacher'.

Author of the popular 'People, Psychology, and Business', her second book, 'Channelling: What it is and how to do it' was published in October 1998 by Piatkus books and she is currently writing her third book. She has had many articles published too, for example, "Discernment: Choosing a Spiritual Teacher" (Feb 1998) in kindred spirit and "Meditation for Health" in Positive Health.

Lita also works with Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer channels for Orin & DaBen and authors of 'Opening to Channel', 'Soul Love' and 'Spiritual Growth' as part of their Seed Group, a small group who work individually with Orin and DaBen in Oregon to bring the new energies to the planet at this time.

Lita is a qualified psychologist and counsellor. As a Reiki Master healer her interest in total health at all levels has extended into physical health as well as psychological and spiritual health.
